Liz Meeder has more than 18 years of experience focusing on SEC reporting, technical accounting research, executive compensation matters, and equity compensation accounting.

Liz’s consultation experience for executive and equity compensation matters includes conversion of equity administration and accounting systems, equity plan design, stock-based compensation plan accounting and reporting, basic and diluted EPS, compensatory and non-compensatory ESPPs, dividends, share reconciliation, and preparation of the Compensation Discussion and Analysis tables for annual Proxy reporting. 

 

Liz’s consultation experience involving technical accounting research includes business acquisition accounting, assets acquisition accounting, consolidation/VIE issues, lease accounting, debt amendments/modifications, internally developed software and cloud-based software, forward contracts and net investment hedges.

 

Prior to consulting, Liz worked as a Senior Manager of Technical Accounting, at a $4 billion Global Secondary Education Company for 10 years. She has also worked at RRD Donnelley and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
