About Sahil
Sahil Rai has approximately a decade of experience in the areas of technical accounting, SEC reporting, and public accounting. Most notably and recently, Sahil has served as the Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting for Tribune Publishing, Inc. and Manager of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting for Mannatech, Inc. He also has completed three years with PricewaterhouseCoopers within the assurance line of service.
Sahil actively holds a CPA license and has obtained a Masters of Science Degree in Accounting from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Sahil has also completed his Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Finance from the same institution.

He consulted with BDO, our auditors, as we reviewed our intercompany balances to determine which intra-entity foreign currency transactions are of a long-term-investment nature. We applied ASC 830-20-35-3 and then treated gains and losses on those foreign currency transactions in the same manner as translation adjustments. He drove the implementation of Workiva cloud-based reporting tool that allowed the SEC reporting process to become more efficient.
