Raj has approximately three decades of hands-on experience with controllership responsibilities, internal controls / SOX compliance initiatives, process improvement, and large business transformation projects within diversified global public and private (pre-IPO) corporations.

 

Prior to myController, Raj was the Assistant Corporate Controller for CyrusOne (publicly traded REIT). During this tenure, he led company-wide accounting, internal management reporting and SEC reporting including 10-K and 10-Q preparation. Raj also served as the Executive Director – Global Internal Controls / SOX Compliance for Laureate Education and Associate Director – Global Business Controls / SOX – Internal Audit for Mead Johnson Nutrition.

 

Raj holds the following credentials: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), and Chartered Accountant (CA), India. Raj also obtained his MBA.
